Tenax Performance offers you or your team or club the ability to build a full athletic profile for each person or just for yourself. On the day we can assess:

- Acceleration

- Max Speed

- Agility

- Jumps

- Height and Weight

- Trunk Capacity

- Muscle Endurance Capacity

- Aerobic Fitness

- Repeated Speed Ability

This list can go on and on...

 

We will then produce a pdf report for each person along with squad/age group averages. If you then decide to utilise Tenax Performance to supply conditioning programs we then use this informaton to ensure that players weaknesses are taken into consideration.
