The team behind tenax performance

Tenax Performance has come to fruition based on the Latin meaning of Tenax of ‘Steadfast’ and ‘Tenacious’. The Tenax Performance team see’s the value in any person who displays tenacious and steadfast traits and searches for ways to instill them in people who currently don't. Connor also believes that with a growth mindset we can all develop and display these traits in our everyday lives but especially with regards to physical performance and health and wellness. Tenax Performance provides individuality for everyone because, simply, everyone is different. From the dedicated professional athlete, to the young up and coming athlete, to the mum who wants to get her beach body back for that summer holiday, to the dad who wants to get his body firing again so he can keep up with his kids on the ski slopes Tenax Performance has the bespoke package for you. We work from a clean sheet with no ready made formulas or preconceptions to help individuals to achieve their physique and sports performance goals.
